About Kathryn
Hi! I’m Kathryn Graves, a certified ADHD Life Coach and founder of ADHD Advantage. I was diagnosed with ADHD during college, and that experience sparked a passion for understanding how ADHD brains work and helping others navigate similar challenges.
With a background in psychology and specialized ADHD coach training, I’ve worked with students, adults, and families to build practical strategies, confidence, and systems that support everyday life.
